Exchange and return policy

Exchange Policy:


  • 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.


  • 2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.



The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:



  • 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.


  • 2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.


  • 3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.


  • 4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.


  • 5- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.



Return Policy:

The exchange and return policy was established to ensure that the customer has the right to return the products if he wishes to do so. In order to ensure that the customer is informed, we will explain the mechanism, terms and conditions that pertain to our store. Terms and Conditions:


  • If you wish to “cancel the order or refund the amount” and the payment method is “Mada, Visa or bank transfer”, the refund will take 7 working days.


  • If you wish to “cancel the order” and the payment method is “Mada, Visa or bank transfer”, you must contact us before shipping the order or changing the status to “Complete”.


  • The book cannot be returned or exchanged after receiving it from the shipping company according to the Ministry of Commerce system.


  • The store guarantees that the book will arrive free of defects (tears, stains, page printing errors). If a defect is found, the customer has the right to replace it or get a refund within 3 days of receiving the books from the shipping company. He is not entitled to replace or get a refund after this period.


  • In the event of an error by the store, the store will bear all shipping and replacement costs without any increase for the customer.

To ensure your rights, please send a message via the store's official WhatsApp within one day of receiving the order at most.


  • Shipping cost (when ordering the product) is non-refundable if the customer receives the product.


  • If the book is not available, the order value will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours.


  • If the package arrives from the shipping company damaged, the customer must not receive it until the shipping company bears the cost of the damage. If he receives
