Terms and Conditions
1- If the transfer is a bank transfer, the customer shall keep a copy of the transfer and attach it to the request.
2- If it turns out that the product is unavailable or the quantity is sold out before confirming the order and the customer is not informed, he has the right to get a refund or request another product of the same value.
3- The store is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to incorrect delivery address data, and the customer must ensure that the correct address is entered before confirming the order.
4- The order cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been delivered to the shipping company.
5- In the event that the shipping company is unable to communicate with the customer, and this causes the shipment to return to the store, the customer will be notified of this via WhatsApp (00966532466177) and the customer will bear the cost of shipping for the second time and any other costs arising due to non-receipt. In the event of no response within a month from the date of notification or the customer’s unwillingness to bear the shipping costs, he is not entitled to claim the shipment or any compensation.
6- If the customer is late in receiving the shipment from the shipping company, the company will return the shipment to the store, and to ship it again, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
